Formal and informal caregivers and their families commonly experience less feelings of joy during the
holiday season. Participants in this workshop will be able to identify how boundary setting can transform caregiving during the holidays and other times. The focus of the program will be about developing and
implementing strategies to assist clients in caring for loved ones while reducing their own stress levels.
Participants will gain valuable insights into the practical application of boundaries, effective communication, and coping strategies to create a more serene and manageable holiday experience for formal and informal
caregivers and their families.
