The MCBDD is excited to offer Frontline Supervisor Training; a 4-part series designed to enrich the knowledge, skills, and tools of the new or seasoned Frontline Supervisors who serve individuals in Medina County.

Participants must attend all 4 sessions. All trainings provided are part of the OADSP Frontline Supervisor Curriculum.

Attention Agency Providers:
For each agency staff member who attends and completes all four sessions in this series, the MCBDD will pay an agency $400 per staff – up to 2 staff members, $800 total. Registrants are required to attend and complete all four sessions in order for an agency to be eligible for this MCBDD training reimbursement.
